BONDI VIXEN WOMEN'S OUTDOOR TRAINING REVIEW.
Posted on August 13th, 2012
I headed down for a visit at Bondi Vixen headquarters idyllically located right on Bondi Beach. Vix Erber head of the chains of Mama Moves, and Vicious Vixen has over 20 years experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her class I enrolled in - Women's group outdoor class clearly showed her experience and professionalism.
I rocked up to the class thinking I was fit and able to take on anything thrown my way. To my surprise I was in complete admiration of the group of women Vix trains. The majority were very fit women. Her classes are aimed to get you fit. You can see when joining she has clearly achieved that.
Her outdoor training philosophy is simple. Everything I teach and preach I do myself. This is true when you see for yourself how fit she is. Her classes consist of soft sand running, boxing, plyometrics, focusing on the trouble spots in women. As you are constantly moving through out the 45 minute session you feel worked out and fit at the end of the session.
I spoke to one woman in the class who said she had been attending regularly for 4 months. Her comment was "I cried when I started I was terrible. It was hard and I felt it was a real struggle to get through the 45 minute session. Now I am breezing through it and I feel toned and full of energy everyday."
Vix offers a variety of group classes my favourite is the 10 week bikini body challenge. You can do unlimited classes for $80.00 per week. If I still lived in Bondi I would definitely sign up for this in addition you get diet advice and daily motivation from Vix herself. You get a free cap when you train with her
As a one man band she has a great outfit and possibly the best office in Sydney.
